Greetings future clients, we are board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP-BC) who provide care with compassion for individuals throughout their lifespan (children and adults). Our goal is to provide holistic, collaborative, and client-centered care with the most up-to-date evidence-based practice in behavioral healthcare. Our treatment approaches include medication management, mental health education, solution-focused therapy, and supportive psychotherapy.

A bit about our approach to therapy​

We utilize our clinical expertise to treat all forms of depression, anxiety (general,test-taking, social), bipolar disorder, ADHD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and sleep-wake disorders.
